You will not find huge changes in the specs and features. The Infinity Display will have either 5.8” or 6.2” Super AMOLED panel with WQHD+ resolution (2960 x 1440 pixels). The chipset is Exynos 9810, but will be available in some markets such as China and Mexico with Snapdragon 845.

Galaxy S9 camera on the back will still have 12 MP sensor with a variable aperture of f/1.5-f/2.4 and Dual Pixel PDAF.

Samsung is reportedly getting ready for the Galaxy Note 9 launch, but it seems that the company is not giving up yet on the flagship Galaxy S9 duo.
