Samsung Galaxy S9 Pre-orders Down 30% compared to Galaxy S8 on First day

As we have already told you that Samsung has launched its high-end devices Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus at Mobile World Congress. Few days after the launch of these devices, Samsung has started its pre-ordering almost everywhere in the world. However, according to some reports, Samsung Galaxy S9 Pre-orders are Down 30% compared to Galaxy S8 on First day.

According to some reports, Samsung has got pre-orders of only 180,000 Galaxy S9 units in South Korea. Whereas, last year the figure was 260,000 for Galaxy S8. So, there is a noticeable difference among the sale of both the devices. Samsung has witnessed this decline because of the absence of new innovation in the phone.

Samsung has not announced any report about the pre-orders of its latest flagship devices. If the reports are true, then surely Samsung will face decline in its revenue this year. According to some tech analysts, the performance of Galaxy S9 will be 70-80% as compared to Galaxy S8. Anyways, newly launched smartphones have many high-end features.
