Now the JoongAng Ilbo newspaper while citing unidentified sources, reported on Monday that Samsung will reveal the results of an inquiry this month. The South Korean firm said in October it was inspecting all aspects of the phone, proposing there may be a blend of factors that added to one of the highest product safety disappointments in tech history.

The world’s leading smartphone manufacturer cautioned of a $5.1 billion hit to its operating profit over three quarters ensuing its verdict to perpetually stop Galaxy Note 7 sales in October.
Financiers and analysts have informed that it is perilous for Samsung to recognize the root cause of the fires in order to regain consumer trust and avoid doing the same blunders.
