Samsung to End Galaxy S8 & S8 Plus Oreo Beta Program Today

As we all know that Samsung is about to roll out Android 8.0 Oreo for Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. The tech giant has announced that Oreo beta testing program for flagship S8 and S8 plus will end on Friday, Jan 26 in US and globally few days later. Samsung to End Galaxy S8 & S8 Plus Oreo Beta Program Today.

Samsung announced this news by sending an update to members of Oreo beta testing group and told the final date for this program. The beta program was available for unlocked, T-Mobile and Sprint Galaxy S8 & S8 Plus devices in US.

New update will feature all the features that are included in Androd 8.0 Oreo, along with Samsung’s 9.0 software version. It will also have Dual Messenger feature that was launched for Note 8. Improved Samsung keyboard will be included in new update with additional improvements and bug fixes.

However the tech giant did not announced the launch of non-beta Oreo update which it plans to roll out for Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. However on their official page, Samsung announced that the new update will reach people as soon as possible.
Samsung is also  going to unveil its latest upcoming flagship smartphone on February 25th in Barcelona. Samsung sent out invites to attend the unveiling of Samsung’s Galaxy S9, a day before the official opening of the Mobile World  Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain.
