Due to poor Galaxy S9 sales, Samsung is losing its dominance in the smartphone industry. They need to make innovative smartphones in order to make a strong come back. In a Korean report, we came to know that Samsung’s Vice Chair Lee Jae-Yong has the authority and ability to make bold decisions about the company. He always thinks about strategies that can result in long-term outcomes. Mr. Lee was released from the prison earlier this year and is currently on four years probation. So, the company is hoping to regain its market dominance by introducing Samsung Foldable Galaxy X under his supervision.
Samsung Foldable Galaxy X will be the biggest watchpoint
The launch of Samsung Foldable Galaxy X can be a good opportunity for the South Tech giant company, Samsung to compete with the bigger markets like Apple. While discussing Samsung’s foldable Galaxy X, The Bell stated that:
“The popularity of foldable smartphones has not yet been proven, but now it is considered the only alternative to rebuilding the market dominance. Samsung Electronics is taking the risks and taking the lead in the market. It’s the biggest watchpoint.”
Meanwhile, The Bell is quite confident that Mr. Lee is the right person to grow Samsung’s business. He has the ability to lead the company in the right direction. Even though Mr. Lee ordered at the last minute to change Galaxy S9‘s design to make the device thinner. The Vice-Chairman makes decisions after meeting with the bosses of competitors like Xiaomi, Huawei, and Vivo in China and checking the phones at a local outlet. So everyone thinks that he is the only person who can help Samsung to make a comeback.
The report further added that Samsung has pulled the Galaxy X release for as early as it is possible. Its release is expected in January after a CES 2019 introduction in Las Vegas. Thus, Samsung lovers should start saving for the world’s first foldable handset so that they can get their hands on this innovative phone as soon as it will be available in the market.
