The most popular fashion brand of Pakistan , Sapphire has come up with an excellent idea to help girls see their outfits in 3D on their smartphone. This is a very new concept and innovative way to shop for clothes digitally.

To incorporate AR technology, Sapphire has partnered with Cresset Technologies– a software based firm in Lahore. For the first time in Pakistan, The Augmented Reality Fashion App is launched.

The AR application launched by Sapphire will facilitate men and women to see the whole collection of the season on their phone in complete 3D. Al the dresses would be easily viewed with 360 degrees enabled.

This app also allows you to scan a dress on sapphire catalog which will transfer you to its video. If someone is satisfied with the dress, they can easily purchase it by using application.

Sapphire’s 3D AR app is also the world’s first Augmented Reality- AR app for Eastern wear. It is now available on both Android and iOS but requires a smartphone that has AR functionality built-in.

It took Sapphire 18 months to complete the AR app. Thanks to Sapphire for enabling Digital shopping in Pakistan for the very first time. For the very first time we would be able to see the outfits close which was previously not possible with 2D images on online stores.

The Sapphire AR app is available for both Android and iOS.

For iPhone, the app requires iOS 10.0 or later. For Android, the phone must have Android 4.1 or up.
