Snapchat Gets Time Machine Lens

Snapchat is now giving you an amazing experience with its new lens called Time Machine. The SnapChat Time Machine lens is allowing you to change the appearance of your age. Isn’t so interesting? To get this amazing experience, you simply have to drag a slider across your screen.

Earlier this year, the Face App filter made people look old with wrinkles on the face. It seems that SnapChat took the inspiration from the Face App. With the help of advanced machine learning and training models, Time Machine lens change your facial features and make you look young or old in a real time. Both Android and iPhone users are able to use the new lens.

Snapchat Gets Time Machine Lens

Currently, the lens is accessible in live camera on a limited number of devices as company has started rolling out it yesterday and it will take some time to hit all the devices across the globe. The new lens works with both front and back cameras.

In order to experience the latest lens, you have to open Lenses Carousel on the Snapchat app when you press the smiley button or simply by tapping on the screen. After that search for the icon of Time Machine lens. Once you select the new lens, you will get the slider on the screen that you can adjust to the left to wind back the clock or slide right to add on the years. Once you get the desired time through the slider, tap the on-screen shutter button to take the shot.
