It is evident from the name that XA3 ultra will be a bigger sibling of XA3. Being a bigger sibling, it will be larger with a 6.5-inch screen having 1080×2160 resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio.
The images and videos were leaked by no other than the famous leakster Steve from OnLeaks:

The bezels are very small on all sides for a Sony handset, and it seems that the device will be some what more than a mid-ranger.

The XA3 Ultra is said to measure 167.4 x 73.3 x 8.3 mm. It wil have a dual rear snapper- so there’s definitely going to be a camera bump here. The fingerprint sensor is placed on the right side of the device, in between the power button and volume rocker.

Previous rumours suggest that both the XA3 and XA3 Ultra are expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 SoC, and will have up to 6GB of RAM.

The XA3 Ultra will probably run Android 9 Pie. As its predecessor was launched in February last year, we can expect to see the device by the start of next year.
