For the first time in industry a robot is launched with a soul purpose to clean toilets. Speaking about the making of SpinX, the co-founder and CEO, Hila Ben-Amram, said:

“We live in the age of new technology and to still be performing a trivial task that hasn’t evolved in over 100 years confused me.”

Ben further added that:

“I created SpinX to save people the effort and inconvenience of carrying out a job they hate to do, while striving to reach new levels of cleaning and hygiene that benefits all who are tired of getting their hands dirty

SpinX removes 99.9 percent of bacteria. This robot can be used with any toilet. It means that you can just replace any toilet seat with SpinX. If you don’t require SpinX robot, a removable cover hides the robot. Later on the lid shuts down quietly.

SpinX Mechanism:

The robot SpinX fits in the lid of toilet. It has a robotic arm with a rotating brush accompanied with soap and water jets. SpinX robot clean the toilet when user press its button. It not only cleans the toilet from inside nut also the seat. Upon cleaning both it also dries up the wet seat by using compressed air outlets.

The best thing is that person will not have to sit on the wet seat. This whole procedure will just take 90 seconds. One can also put the liquid soap of his own choice and it will clean the toilet.

After the whole procedure, SpinX robot can clean its brushed itself automatically and can be replaced aswell. If you set it on automatic mode, It can detect whether toilet need cleaning and you don’t have to press its button.

SpinX is currently raising funds on kickstarter and can be preordered for just $199.
