Just recently, Spotify, the streaming music service, has released that it now has 100 Million premium subscribers. In total, the streaming service has 217 million users, 117 million of which are enjoying the free, ad-supported tier. Now Spotify Latest Update will Bring Voice-Enabled Ads on Mobile.

This feature is in very early conceptual and beta state, these aim to put a twist on traditional voice and visual advertisement within the Spotify app. The idea is rather simple – a voice ad plays, doing its best to engage the user and get them interested. Then asks for a voice prompt to proceed.

Spotify is further filtering the list of participants to only include users who have the in-app voice controls already enabled. It means that it won’t be available for all users. As seen in the demo clip these new voice-enabled ads still bring up a banner with a conventional button to take action. Moreover, there is a handy shortcut straight to the Manage Ad Settings menu, where users can quickly opt-out of the new format.

Recently, Spotify unveiled an experience for free users. It will provide users access to 15 curated playlists on demand. In the updated app, when a customer signs up for the service, it will feature immediate personalization for music tastes. However, some key features remain exclusive to paying subscribers.
