T-Mobile and Sprint Merger to happen at the end of this Month

Earlier this year, we have heard about the merger of two telecommunication companies of US. Now some reports are claiming that T–Mobile and Sprint Merger to happen at the end of this month. Sprint is the fourth largest mobile network operator in the US and soon going to merge with T-Mobile.

Sprint and T-Mobile are working with one another to finalize the merger so that an official announcement can be made at the end of the October. The deal is expected to be an all-stock one, and the last major step that needs to be made is for a final valuation to be placed on Sprint.

T-Mobile currently has a market valuation of $52 billion whereas Sprint has a value of around $29 billion. According to the reports, there won’t be any sort of breakup fee, if the merger does not happen. With no breakup fee in place between T-Mobile and Sprint, neither carrier will face any sort of financial penalties.

However, T-Mobile and Sprint has not made any final statement regarding this merger. But we will update you when we will get more information about this.
