TCL to Launch “Evolutionary First” New BlackBerry Devices at CES


As we told you earlier that Blackberry Pulled Out from its Phone Business. Instead of the internal development, Blackberry will outsource hardware development to partners. For that reason,  BlackBerry sold its branding rights to TCL. Now TCL announced that it will launch “Evolutionary First” New BlackBerry Devices at CES 2017.

TCL and BlackBerry collaboratively has already manufactured two smartphones,  DTEK50 and DTEK60. Now the company released in a press release that it will unveil an “evolutionary first in the mobile industry”. TCL will reveal these devices during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) on January 5 in Las Vegas.

However, the company has not revealed any information about the phones. But rumors claimed that it will be the QWERTY keyboard featured Mercury phone. TCL also daid that it will announce that it will reveal more detail on the launch event at CES.

Before quiting its phone business, BlackBerry Launches its Last in-house Android Phone. DTEK60 is the last in-house BlackBerry phone, DTEK60 is a smartphone having outstanding specifications. Phone has 5.5″ long IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors. DTEK60 is equipped with QualcommSnapdragon 820 with Android OS, v6.0 (Marshmallow). Also Shot your fun moments wit its 21 MP back camera and 8 MP front camera. The camera has phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash.
