TECNO CAMON Slim 5G Launches With Slim Design; Expected Price and Release Timeline in Pakistan

TECNO has expanded its CAMON lineup with the CAMON Slim 5G, adding faster connectivity, a larger battery, and upgraded camera hardware while retaining the ultra-thin 6.39 mm profile of the original CAMON Slim.
The biggest change is under the hood. TECNO has replaced the Helio G200 Ultimate used in the 4G version with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300e, bringing 5G connectivity and improved performance.
Despite the slim design, the phone houses a 6000 mAh battery with 45 W fast charging. The regular CAMON Slim carries a smaller 5600mAh battery but supports faster 60W charging.
The CAMON Slim 5G features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Unlike the curved screen of the 4G model, TECNO has opted for a flat panel on the new version.
Upgraded Sony Camera and Rugged Protection
Photography also receives a notable upgrade. The CAMON Slim 5G uses Sony’s LYT-700C 1/1.56-inch main sensor, replacing the smaller LYT-600 sensor found on the 4G model. It supports 24mm, 35 mm, and 50mm portrait focal lengths, along with TECNO’s Super-Zoom FlashSnap feature. A 32MP camera handles selfies.
TECNO has also equipped the phone with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K dust and water resistance. The device has undergone MIL-STD-810 testing and carries TÜV SÜD certification for long-term performance stability.
The CAMON Slim 5G runs HiOS 16 based on Android 16, with TECNO promising three major Android upgrades and five years of security updates.
Expected Price and Release Timeline in Pakistan
TECNO has not yet announced official Pakistan pricing or availability. However, based on its positioning within the CAMON lineup, the CAMON Slim 5G could arrive in the Rs. 68,999 to Rs. 84,999 range, depending on the memory configuration.
A Pakistan launch in late September or October 2026 appears plausible, although TECNO has yet to confirm a local release date.
In selected markets, the phone will also come with a three-month Google AI Plus subscription with 2TB of storage at no additional cost.
