Teradata Organized a Seminar on “Turning Customer Interactions into Business Insight”
Teradata Corporation organized a seminar for all the major companies on “Turning Customer Interactions into Business Insight”[notice]Teradata Corporation is an American computer company that sells database software for data warehouses and analytic applications, including Big Data. Its products are meant to consolidate data from different sources and make the data available for analysis.[/notice]
Phone World team also participated in the seminar and discussed the future of smartphones and the consumer’s choice with the officials of Teradata.
[notice]Chief Technology Officer Teradata Corporation[/notice] Stephen Brobst is the chief technology officer for Teradata Corporation. He is widely regarded as a leading expert in data warehousing and joined the Teradata team in October of 1999.
Brobst performed master’s and Ph.D. research at MIT, he also holds an MBA with joint course and thesis work at the Harvard Business School and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
He has served as an advisor to the National Academy of Sciences in the area of IT workforce development, and is currently a member of Barack Obama’s President’s Innovation and Technology Advisory Committee (PITAC).

Najia has an MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Houston and a BA(Hons) from SOAS, University of London. She focuses around “Customer management” domain covering the process of acquiring, provisioning, servicing the customer via integrated customer knowledge.

Fawad Asrar Qureshi is currently working as Product Manager for Teradata Corporation in EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa).
Fawad holds a Masters in Business Administration along with a Masters in Computer Engineering and a Bachelors of Software Engineering; he is an enterprising young professional having a perfect combination of business and IT. He is also a Certified Teradata Master.
In this workshop, he talked about Information Eco System. He has also participated in a number of conferences and workshops on the utilization of data warehousing and contact centers in organizations.
