Telegram Web is not accessible in the country. From last few days the app has been down and millions of Telegram users are unable to use it. It has been noted that Telegram is only down in Pakistan. Because in other countries this chatting app is working smoothly and did not receive any complaint. Which shows that maybe Pakistani authorities have blocked it.

Facebook-owned Whats App has also copied a lot of features that were originally introduced in this Telegram app. Telegram has also introduced a very interesting feature just recently. Now Telegram Group chats can have 30,000 members. Admins will have more powers to control the group members and keep harmony in the group.

Pakistani people are continuously discussing the issue of banning Telegram app in Pakistan, on social media.

It is reported that most of the users facing the issue have confirmed that the problem is specifically related to PTCL users. However, some people think that PTCL might have unintentionally blocked the Telegram app.

We are hoping that concerned authorities, such as PTA and PTCL might look into the matter soon and take some steps to fix it.
