One recent news of harassment becomes viral on social media when a Karachi girl (whose name is intentionally kept confidential) put her complaint on Careem’s Facebook page. No doubt, Careem responded on time and with responsibility too but the most important thing is that it is right time for these companies (Uber and Careem) to come up with some useful procedure or check and balance system that can avoid such incidents in future. After all, the trust factor is fundamental as far as the relationship between a customer and a company is concerned.
