Twitter to Roll Out Snapchat-Like ‘News Camera’ Feature on iOS
According to the recent report, Twitter is reportedly testing “News Camera” feature that will allow you to add captions to your photos, videos and live broadcasts. This feature will work the same as we have experienced in Snapchat.
Soon users will enjoy this Twitter’s new Snapchat-style camera, that will be named as ‘News Camera’ and all the posts created by the ‘News Camera’ will be known as ‘Moments’. In October 2018, Twitter removed its original “Moments” functionality from its Android and iOS apps.

If users want to launch the “News Camera” feature on Twitter, then they would have to swipe left from the home screen of the app.
CNET quoted a Twitter spokesperson as he said:
“I can confirm that we’re working on an easier way to share thing like images and videos on Twitter. What you’re seeing is in mid-development so it’s tough to comment on what things will look like in the final stage. The team is still actively working on what we’ll actually end up shipping,”
Initially, Twitter is testing this “News Camera” feature on iOS. However, we don’t know exactly that when this new feature will be rolled to the app that users can use it but the report says that soon it will be available across the globe.
