Ride-hailing app Uber is now going to give a tough competition to its rivals as Uber to Launch its Rickshaw Service in Pakistan. Uber announces on its official Facebook page that it is going to launch its rickshaw service. First of all Lahories will get this service as Uber will launch this service in Lahore first.

Uber to Launch its Rickshaw Service in Pakistan

After Lahore, Uber will extend its rickshaw services in major cities of Pakistan. Uber also has launched its UberAuto service in India last year. But after some months, it has to stopped its Auto service in India.

Surely Uber’s move will give a tough competition to Rickshaw ride local startup, Rixi. It is facilitating public by providing them with cheap auto rides that can be book just through SMS.

Uber has recently introduced a new feature for its customers. Through this feature customers can schedule their ride in advance. According to Uber, users can schedule a ride some 15 minutes to 30 days before the ride. The feature is not currently applicable but will soon be available to all
