Several of our previous interns have been placed in full time employment at Ufone after the completion of their internships and degree programs in roles within the finance, commercial and technical divisions. This ties in with our business philosophy i.e. when we say ‘it’s all about U’ we actually mean it. Be it our valued customers, our committed staff or our prospective employees, we realize that their growth and satisfaction is critical for us to grow as a Company.
The first cycle of its formalized Summer Internship Program (SIP) 2012 was aimed at training over 150 fresh graduates from Pakistan’s top 35 universities in different fields, and intended to introduce them to emerging technology trends, while developing their career scope in the thriving telecom sector.
