Ufone wins “Call Center Leader of the Year” Award in US

Ufone has won the ‘Call Centre Leader of the Year’ award organized by the International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC).

Ufone participated in the awards organized by the International Quality and Productivity Center (IQPC) and was crowned as the winner of two awards i.e. “Call Center Leader of the Year” and “Best New Mobile Customer Strategy” award categories.

Mr. Asad Butt, General Manager Customer Operations at Ufone, said:

More than 20 countries participated in the event, encompassing 37 companies, only 12 contenders made it to the final round. Around 1,500 professionals attended the event, held in Nevada, USA.
