Vivo has just recently launched its two powerful gaming smartphones, iQOO Pro and iQOO Pro 5G. We have already known much about the devices because both phones appeared on many certifications. Both phones are quite identical. One of the main differences is that one has 4G connectivity, while the other has 5G. Let’s check out the specs of both smartphones first.
Vivo iQOO Pro and iQOO Pro 5G Get Official
Both smartphones sport a 6.41-inch 1080×2340 Super AMOLED touchscreen with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Both come with the latest and powerful Snapdragon 855+ chipset. They also have a 48 MP f/1.79 main rear camera alongside a 12 MP ultrawide (f/2.2) and a 2 MP depth sensor. Both phones have same selfie camera of 12 MP f/2.0 shooter. Both phones have powerful 4,500 mAh battery with support for 44W ultra fast charging.
Vivo iQOO Pro and 5G Pro come with Android 9 Pie out of the box with Vivo’s Funtouch 9 on top. The regular iQOO Pro (4G) comes in two configurations. The one with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and the other has 12GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The first version will cost around $451 and the second will cost $493.
The iQOO Pro 5G has three versions: 8/128GB, 8/256GB and 12/128GB. All these models will cost around $536, $564 and $578 respectively. Both phones will be available in two colours -Racing Black and Le Mans Blue.
The iQOO Pro 4G is available for pre-order in China and will ship from August 30. Whereas, the 5G version will be available for pre-order starting from August 29 and will ship on September 2.
At this time, we do not know when these phones will be available outside China.
