Warid users travelling to Saudi Arabia, will now be able to select STC as their preferred network to make use of the discount. The offer, which was introduced in ramadan to take advantage of the large number of customers travelling to Saudi Arabia for Umrah during the holy month, With the latest Saudi Arabia International Roaming Offer, both Prepaid and Postpaid customers can not only enjoy outgoing calls and SMS at discounted rates, but can also receive incoming calls from Pakistan at an exclusive rate of Rs.15/min. These rates would be offered throughout the Umrah and Hajj season which will see even a larger number of ward users travelling to Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, Warid postpaid GPRS users will be able to stay connected to the internet for a low price of Rs 13 per MB plus tax. To facilitate its users, there will be no need to dial short codes or sign in for subscriptions in order to avail this offer.

In addition, Warid now offers call rates of 8.99 and 11.99 rupees per minute to Saudi Arabia and UAE respectively. This is applicable to Warid users in Pakistan making outgoing calls to Saudi Arabia.
