The Business App helps the customers to grow their businesses and serve their communities all over the world. WhatsApp Business Latest Update Brings Support to Quick Replies

The Latest Update of WhatsApp Business includes the new features for WhatsApp Web and for desktop as well. These features include:

• Quick Replies: These are frequent messages to answer common questions. Simply press the “/” on your keyboard to select a quick reply and send.
• Labels: Organize your contacts or chats with labels, so you can easily find them again.
• Chat List Filtering: Easily manage your chats with filters to sort by unread messages, groups or broadcast lists.

WhatsApp hopes that these features on a computer will help businesses save time and get back to their customers quickly.

On the other hand, Facebook is reportedly working to integrate its three messaging platforms, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Hold on! These apps will not merge completely and will continue working as standalone apps. But Facebook wants to allow users to use any of these platforms without navigating the app. In my point of view, Facebook will integrate these apps in such a way that if a user is using any of these apps, h/she can use the remaining two apps without leaving the previous app.
