We are anxiously waiting for WhatsApp Dark Mode for long time now however after a long wait still we are not able to get it. This messaging app is the most widely used and it should be the first one to launch this mode which puts less strain on your eyes. When other companies like Google,YouTube, Twitter and Instagram have already rolled out this battery saving mode, WhatsApp staying behind was quite shocking for us. However just recently we came to know that WhatsApp stayed behind other app for a good reason: It is launching two dark modes instead of one.
Get Ready to Welcome Two Dark Modes instead of one
This news was revealed through the latest iPhone beta release which suggested that when it will arrive, it will have two options to choose depending on the user’s preference. Well, WhatsApp has preferred to stay with its white and grayish design even when iOS 13 and Android 10 have already launched having their own dark mode.
How WhatsApp Both Dark Mode Differs From Each Other?
Here is the difference between two dark modes:
- The first one uses dark colors and black background
- The second one is lighter tone some what grayish
This is the slight difference between two but overall both seems the same. Probably first dark mode mentioned above is designed keeping in view the latest AMOLED displays.
When We will Get WhatsApp Dark Modes?
Sadly, there is no words regarding when these modes will be launched. Even if you install WhatsApp beta, you are not able to access any of them.
It seems like developers are taking long with the testing of dark modes for a good reason. Let’s wait for a couple of more months to welcome it.
