WhatsApp to Add Sticker Reactions for Android soon

WhatsApp is said to be working on an update to beta testers, which will bring new features and some improvements to its Android app. The next update of WhatsApp will include Sticker reactions. However, some users can test them via the beta channel, before they are released in the Google Play Store.

The update is still not live as of yet but will be available first for download for the beta testers. There is no confirmation about the release date yet we can share with you, but it is assuming that the update might be roll out in next week.

WhatsApp Plans to Add Sticker Reactions for Android soon

Facebook messenger and Hike messenger have already this feature. From the Stickers View, users can select a Sticker by tapping the new Love icon. More interestingly, sticker has one or more reactions that user can select, but some may come with no any reaction. Up till now we come to know that there will be four reaction categories available at first: Lol, Love, Sad and Wow.

According to Phonearena that:

“Sticker Reactions will be downloaded separately if WhatsApp finds any available for the sticker that you want to use”

However, for the moment there are only four types of reactions available, more may be added after feature goes live in the Google Play Store.
