WhatsApp Upcoming Update for iOS will Let Users lock WhatsApp using Touch ID or Face ID
WhatsApp keeps on introducing new features to make its app more user-friendly. A few days back, WhatsApp Latest Update for Android Brought PIP Mode for third-party Videos. Then, the WhatsApp latest version started allowing the users to download linked GIFs before sending them. However now, the reports claim that WhatsApp Upcoming Update for iOS will Let Users lock WhatsApp using Touch ID or Face ID.
WhatsApp Upcoming Update for iOS will give more Security to its users
The new feature is currently available in the alpha version of the app. The ID method you will use depends entirely on the iPhone you have. So, once you activate the option for WhatsApp to require one or the other, you’ll have to identify yourself every time you open the app. If the biometric option is used unsuccessfully multiple times, the app will prompt you to enter the passcode for your iPhone.
This feature is useful for those who never want to share their data with others at any cost. Also, it will provide more security to the users. However, we have no idea when this feature will be available for iOS users. But we hope it will be available soon.
Previously, some reports claim that WhatsApp is working on Silent and vacations mode for all the Android and iOS users. WhatsApp For Android & iOS will soon get the all-new vacation and silent modes together with the option to link accounts.
