In an event in India, Xiaomi Launches Redmi Y1 and Y1 Lite. Xiaomi introduces these smartphones under its new selfies-focused series. The Chinese company focuses more on front cameras. So this series is especially for selfie lovers. Xiaomi Redmi Y1 comes with 16 MP front camera and Y1 lite comes with 5 MP front camera.

Both are low priced smartphones and is currently launched in India. Both smartphones have almost same specifications. Xiaomi Redmi Y1 and Y1 lite comes with Android Nougat operating system and 5.5 inch screen.
