Xiaomi Mi 9 Explorer Edition to Launch at the End of March

Xiaomi has launched its one of the powerful smartphones, Mi 9, last month. However now, the company is also working to launch one more variant of the device. Xiaomi Mi 9 Explorer Edition to Launch at the End of March. The new Explorer edition will have 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Moreover, the new variant will also have improved camera capacity. The new Mi 9 Explorer Edition will have a 48MP main camera.

Apart from these two features, the remaining specs are same. Moreover, the company will launch this variant by the end of this month. Xiaomi Mi 9 features 6.39-inches Super AMOLED panel with 1080p+ resolution. The phone is claimed to have a 90.7% screen-to-body ratio. It sports a smaller waterdrop notch. Xiaomi Mi 9 cameracontains the 48MP module, a Sony IMX586 with a Quad Bayer filter.  Sony IMX586 is a large 1/2” sensor with 0.8µm pixels, which can be combined into 1.6µm Superpixels. In addition to that, there is also a 16MP ultra-wide camera with 117° field of view. This sensor has 1.0µm pixels and an f/2.2 lens with autofocus, which allows you to shoot macros from a 4cm distance.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 also support a Charge Turbo that can deliver up to 27W over USB-C. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 855 chipset. Game Turbo mode of the handset tunes the CPU and GPU to deliver a smoother gaming experience.
