Xiaomi Mi 9 SE was launched last month. However, at that time, the handset made its way to the Chinese market only. Now, the company is all set to launch the handset outside China as well. Recently, it got listed on Xiaomi Global’s compliance page which hints that Xiaomi Mi 9 SE Global Launch is expected soon.

According to the recent reports, it is said that the handset will make its way outside of China. However, there had been some other smartphones that got listed on this compliance page but never made it outside of China. So, let’s see what happens next. There had been no official words about the global launch of the latest phone yet.

Xiaomi Mi 9 SE Specs

The handset is a bit smaller as compared to its regular version. It features a 5.97″ AMOLED panel with a waterdrop notch on top and slightly thicker bezel on the bottom. Moreover, it is the first smartphone that comes with Snapdragon 712 chipset. So, the phone has a slightly faster CPU that is built using the 10nm FiNFET process. Furthermore, the modem supports all the usual Wi-Fi standards, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual LTE. In addition to all this, it is paired with 6 GB RAM and 64/128 GB storage.

For photography lovers, the newly launched smartphone sports a 13 MP ultra wide-angle lens and an 8 MP telephoto lens. The front-facing selfie shooter is 20 MP with plenty of Beauty filters. Moreover, the Mi 9 SE handset comes with fast-charging support. It comes with a 3,070 mAh battery cell to keep the lights on. However, the device does not have a 3.5 mm audio jack, so you’ll have to rely either on the USB-C port or wireless headphones. Other features of the device include the Game Turbo booster, latest MIUI 10 and an NFC chip. Mi 9 SE is the lite version of Mi 9 having some amazing specs in reasonable price.

MI 9 SE Color Options Include Blue, Violet, and Black. Moreover, the Xiaomi Mi 9 Special Edition will cost between CNY1,999 (PKR 41,000) and CNY2,299 (PKR 47,500).
