Xiaomi Mi 9S (5G) Listed on TENAA with Massive Battery

We have previously reported that Xiaomi is working on a new variant of Mi 9. The new Mi 9 will be the 5G variant. Now the 5G version of Xiaomi Mi 9 has appeared on TENAA. The listing has confirmed some of the specs of the phone. However, more specifications will be revealed at the launch. However, the 5G version of the phone will be called Xiaomi Mi 9S.

The TENAA listing reveals that the phone is slightly thicker – 8.95mm, up from 7.6mm – as compared to the regular model. The company has changed its dimensions to accommodate a larger 4,000mAh battery. More surprisingly, it will support 45W fast charging. However, the screen size remains at 6.39 inches.

Although the listing does not reveal much. But the previous rumours reveal that it will come with the latest and powerful Snapdragon 855 plus. Moreover, the rumours also suggest that it will come with improved cameras as well. Some reports are also claiming that the new device will be called Mi 9S.

The phone is expected to release in September. So the coming month is going to be more excited as we will get many high-end devices from almost all big smartphone manufacturers.
