Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A launch set for August 21-Xiaomi Confirms

According to some rumors, Xiaomi is planning to launch its new entry-level smartphone this year. Now Xiaomi Chairman and CEO, Bin Lin has confirmed that Xiaomi will launch its smartphone on August 21. Some rumors are claiming that Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A will come in two variants.  Xiaomi will launch thus smartphone in an event in China.

The phone was earlier spotted on the Chinese certification site, TENAA. According to that one variant will launch with fingerprint scanner and one will without it. There are also some other differences in both these phones.

The phone will come with 5.5 inch HD display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 425. Where as it’s other variant will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 435. Moreover, both variants will come with Android Nougat 7.1.1

As per as its cameras are concerned, one variant will have 13 MP back camera and 5 MP front camera. Whereas the other variant will have 16 MP back and 13 MP front camera. Both the variants will be featuring a metal unibody design.
