YouTube Music for Android adds Streaming Quality Controls
Google is introducing audio streaming and download quality controls for YouTube Music for Android. The new video streaming quality controls will have new options in the Settings menu i.e; low, normal, high and always high. These new options will allow users to choose the quality of Video Content on the YouTube just according to their own requirements.
YouTube Music for Android gets new Features
YouTube Music will also have different options in order to choose between downloading audio on a mobile date and on Wi-Fi networks.
Same goes for the Audio Quality in the Downloads menu where users can choose between Low, Normal, and High. The app has also facilitated users with a video quality settings having an option “Audio Only” that “allows users to set the streaming service to only store audio.”
Google said in a statement:
“Beyond an audiophile’s desire for the highest quality sound, adding this setting helps users better manage their data plans when streaming, as well as device storage when queuing songs for offline playback,”
Google has announced this audio streaming and download quality controls with a promise to make the YouTube Music much better by August 2019. Users who will have the latest version of YouTube Music App on Android will get access to these features.
