Zong Adds Shopping Feature as Zong Mall Goes Live on My Zong App

Zong has officially turned its My Zong App into more than just a telecom self-care platform. With the launch of Zong Mall, users can now shop for home appliances, clothes, shoes, décor items, gaming gear and more—directly from the same app they already use for recharges, bundles, and account management.

The move marks a major shift in how Zong positions its digital platform: not just as a utility for mobile services, but as a broader lifestyle and commerce app.

From Telecom Tool to Digital Companion

Before Zong Mall, the My Zong App already functioned as a full-service digital partner for millions of users. Through the app, customers could manage nearly every aspect of their Zong connection.

Users could check real-time balance and usage for calls, data, and SMS; link up to five Zong numbers in one account; and view free resources and usage history up to seven days. The app also allowed customers to build their own bundles, choosing from more than 1,500 customized bundle options.

Recharge services were a core feature. Users could top up using debit and credit cards, Easypaisa, JazzCash, voucher cards, or even take instant loans and share balance through Yaari Load.
