Zong willing to provide best 3G and 4G services in Pakistan
China Mobile is world largest telecom operator having 750 million customers, having the largest 2G, 3G and 4G network in the world. Zong is the only 4G license winner as well as the biggest 3G license winner in the auction. Speaking at Press Conference held by Zong , Dr. Fan Yunjun, Chairman Zong said
I would like to congratulate the Government of Pakistan & Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) for making the auctioning process immensely fair and transparent and I also thank the entire Zong team who are now a part of history, as their hard work and determination has finally paid off.
He also expressed gratitude toward their costumers for showing trust and support in their company.
This is not a victory of Zong this is the victory for Pak-China friendship.
Currently we are ranked at number 3 in Pakistan and we are moving forward to be the number 1 telecom operator in Pakistan.
Chairman Zong, Dr. Fan Yunjun was quite delighted to announce that Zong is the first 4G operator in Pakistan. He explained in his presentation that they will be targeting the corporate and enterprise sector first with 4G as the services they are offering will be little expensive while it will gradually reduce with time.
In the presentation given at the press conference Chairman Zong also indicated that from the costumers perspective the data that is being utilized could be evaluated and could be adjusted according to the needs. In order to control the flow of data Zong will be providing extra features and tools that would be beneficial to analyse data, to view data usage and to limit the bill accordingly.
Answering to one of the question posted to him the Chairman said, they are focusing on the growth of the Eco system of the country to support 4G, in this regard Zong will be introducing some of their own branded devices which will support 4G technology and will cost less to their costumers.
