Rate Telecom CEOs of Pakistan 2017

Effective leadership is important because it encourages a professional and positive environment in an organization. Keeping in view the importance of leadership for success of an organization, PhoneWorld has started an effort on annual basis to develop a benchmarking report of Pakistani Telecom CEOs. Additionally, PhoneWorld team’s first relative benchmarking of mobile operators’ CEOs last year gained immense popularity both among our readers and the industry. This time we are sharing our second report of currently serving four CEOs, three of whom assumed roles during 2016.

To further strengthen and validate the ranking of our telecom CEOs we have also started an online survey in which our readers can participate and rank CEOs by giving separate weight-age to each indicator.  For good leadership there are numerous skill sets that a CEO needs to possess but some of them hold more importance that is why we have given higher weight-age to some of the indicators. Following are the selected skills along with assigned points that we have chosen as our criteria of evaluation:

  • Innovation: 10
