KP Govt Launches Online License Facility for Overseas Pakistanis

There is great news for overseas Pakistanis as the newly elected Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government launched an online facility for renewing their driving licenses. As per the details, overseas Pakistanis will be able to send their applications through the email facility for this purpose.

In this regard, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government sent a summary to the foreign ministry to notify Pakistani missions across the globe. KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur said that KP became the first among all four provinces to launch such an online system after overseas Pakistanis demanded the facility for their convenience.

CM Gandapur showed his commitment to launch additional measures to facilitate overseas Pakistanis, considering them as an asset to the country,

The move was commended by foreign missions, which are likely to aid in the overseas Pakistani process and renew their licenses without the requirement to return to Pakistan. As per the new rules, the authorities will inspect and approve the copies of documents sent by overseas Pakistanis. After successfully completing the whole process, the authorities will hand over the license to the individual assigned by the applicant.
