Huawei Mate 20 X 5G Finally Goes on Sale in These Markets

The Huawei Mate 20 X 5G was expected to launch in the UK in June. But, because of the US ban, the launch was dropped, but that didn’t happen as the launch was dropped by the country’s carriers. However now, the Mate 20X 5G is available for purchase in some selected markets. Moreover, the phone has become Huawei’s first 5G smartphone to go on sale in the UAE through Etisalat. In the UAE, the phone will cost around $960.

However, the smartphone will also launch this month in two other markets as well. The phone will launch on 22 July and is available for pre-order on Amazon Italy for $1,240. Moreover, it will go on sale in China from July 26.

The Mate 20X 5G is quite similar to the Mate 20X but with different memory configuration and battery size.

The regular Mate 20 X comes with 6GB RAM, 128GB storage and a 5,000 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging. Whereas, the 5G version will come with 8GB RAM, 256GB storage and a 4,200 mAh cell with 40W charging. Moreover, it will run EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9.0.

As the phone will launch in China this month, we can expect its launch in Pakistan by the end of September. There is no official announcement made by the company yet. But we will update you when we will get more information about it. So, Stay tuned for more updates.
