Social Media Abuzz with Karachi Mosque Robbery Video

Recently, a tragic event took place at a mosque in Karachi, which demonstrates a very concerning image of Pakistani society. Yesterday, a video appeared on the web that showed a robbery inside a mosque in District Central of Karachi a few days ago. The robbery took place at around 9:30 pm on Friday, April 12, at a mosque near Karimabad in the Azizabad area.

The video has gone viral on social media and shows a dacoit wearing a shirt and pants entering the mosque.

The unidentified dacoit robbed three individuals, including the mosque’s prayer caller and servant, at gunpoint, taking cash and mobile phones from their pockets. Afterward, he easily fled the scene after asking them to go upstairs. On the other hand, the Police said that it is investigating the matter and may catch the culprit soon.

This disturbing incident has sparked widespread outrage and concern among the community, raising questions about the security and sanctity of places of worship. The audacity of the robbery, happening in the mosque has shaken the faith and trust of many.
