GSMA & Mobilink Organizes an Event on Digital Societies Making Commerce Smarter
Pakistan remains a largely under-served market in terms of digital access and digital payment. With a unique mobile subscriber penetration of 31%, mobile broadband penetration of 5% and bank/mobile money account penetration among adults of 13%, Pakistan still has a lot of room for growth. For that reason GSMA in collaboration with Mobilink organizes an event on “Digital Societies Making Commerce Smarter” and “GSMA Asia & Cellular Mobile Operators of Pakistan”. The event was attended by all the industry’s telecom professionals of Pakistan i.e. Mobilink, Ufone, Telenor, Zong and Warid.

“With increased smartphone adoption Pakistan will lead towards smarter digital societies.”
