iPhone Apparently Copies a Feature of Samsung Android OS

A source has recently revealed that Apple has copied a feature from Samsung’s Notes app to include in its own Notes app for iOS. The new Apple Notes app in iOS 18 will enable people to record audio from within a note and add that file to the note, as per a source. On the other hand, Samsung has already offered the same feature in Samsung Notes on Android for quite some time now.

The new notes update allows users to add more context to a note by the ability to attach an audio file. Moreover, the interface for recording audio in the Notes app Samsung will reportedly look similar to the interface of Apple’s Voice Memo app.

The Silicon Valley giant Apple has incorporated the Notes app in iOS for a long time. Over time, Apple also added a number of capabilities, such as the ability to include tables and photos in notes from time to time.

Moreover, it is pertinent to mention here that Apple’s Notes software, which also comes with Galaxy smartphones and tablets, is comparatively less feature-rich than Samsung’s Notes app, which is incorporated with much more functionality.

However, that’s not all, as a source claims that Apple’s Notes app in iOS 18 will also offer a feature called “Math Notes.”
