Xiaomi Mi A1 Starts Getting Android 9 Pie Update

We all know that many of the smartphone makers are rolling out Android 9 Pie Update to their handsets in phases. The reason is that Android 9 Pie is one of the Major Updates that has brought an improved user experience. Xiaomi launched Xiaomi Mi A1 back in September 2017. The Android 9 Pie update weighs almost 1074MB.  People of Bangladesh have reported about the rollout of this update first. However, it is expected that it will make its way to all users gradually. The update has brought some major changes.  Before this update, the FM Radio Support was only present on its Chinese-only twin 5X. However, now it is available for all the versions that are available globally. The changes brought with this update include the new navigation options. The Pixel pill button and gestures, or Xiaomi’s custom implementation are also present. The changelog also includes  Adaptive battery and brightness features.

The Xiaomi Mi A1 is a 4G supportive device with the screen size of 5.5 inches. In addition to this, the display resolution of the phone supports 1080 pixels. Its processor is packed with 2.0 octa-core processor with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset. The Camera section of the handset holds dual 12MP back camera lens and front camera has 5MP lens. Furthermore,  it has 64GB ROM and 4GB RAM. The powerhouse has fixed Li-ion battery capacity of 3080 mAh.
