Xiaomi Unveils Launch date & Specs for Redmi Turbo 3 & Pad Pro

The tech giant Xiaomi announced a new Redmi smartphone series last week, which solely focuses on performance. The first smartphone of the series is dubbed Redmi Turbo 3, and a source revealed today that the official announcement of the phone will take place this Wednesday, April 10, at an event.

Redmi began the teaser campaign of the smartphone just a while ago and revealed key specs of the new Turbo 3 phone. As per the details, the smartphone will arrive with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, have up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage, and also feature advanced cooling technology.

Moreover, the sources claim that the smartphone will also be extremely thin and light (8 mm) and have a 179-gram body. The resolution of the display will be greater than 1080p, with thin bezels, and flat sides. Besides, there will be a couple of cameras on the back with massively protruding lenses and a single selfie shooter inside a punch hole.

It is pertinent to mention here that the Turbo 3 phone is anticipated to arrive globally under a different name – Poco F6 however Xiaomi hasn’t made any official announcement in this regard.

On the other hand, the brand also revealed that a Redmi Pad Pro will also be announced at the event and shared a few specs for the device.

The Redmi Pad Pro was shown with a stylus along with a keyboard cover. The official poster also showed some specs, such as a 12.1-inch diagonal screen with a 2.5K resolution and a 10,000 mAh humungous battery.
