Apple’s Top 10 Most Downloaded Apps of 2017

Apple has unveiled its 2017 charts and trends, celebrating the most popular apps, music, movies, TV shows, books and podcasts across the App Store, Apple Music, iTunes, iBooks and Apple Podcasts. Apple’s Top 10 Most Downloaded Apps of 2017.

In a report, Apple also revealed the most popular apps of 2017. The results were quite surprising as we thought Snapchat is having bad year. However the Apple report told something else.

Apple’s Top 10 Most Downloaded Apps of 2017

Snapchat gained the second position, surprisingly beating Facebook, Google and Netflix behind. However last Year Snapchat stood first most downloaded app but snap owned app Bitmoji took top position in Apple’s report. Bitmoji has seen sudden growth over last 1.5 year.

Here is the List of Most Downloaded App according to Apple:

• Bitmoji
• Snapchat
• Youtube
• Messanger
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Google Maps
• Netflix
• Spotify
• Uber

The list is surprising for me as Facebook Messenger, Instagram and Facebook took fourth, fifth and Sixth position. Uber hardly came to 10th spot. WhatsApp stood 14th position which clearly shows that people has lost their interest in this App with the launch of new messaging Apps.
