Latest Galaxy Z Flip 6 Rumors Reveal Bigger Battery & Much More

After the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S24, the company’s focus for the time being has shifted towards its upcoming foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6. As per a source, new leaks have surfaced revealing details of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6.

Chipset:

In this regard, tipster @kro_roe has revealed that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will arrive in two different variants for the first time. One of the variants will come with Samsung’s own Exynos chip, while the other variant will arrive with a Snapdragon processor. If it turns out to be true, this would be the first time an Exynos chip will be used in a Galaxy foldable smartphone.  It is pertinent that the Exynos 2400 has witnessed a lot of improvement over its predecessors.

Display & OS:

Apart from that, the tipster also claimed that the Galaxy Z Flip 6’s cover screen will have a 120Hz refresh rate and will operate on Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 out of the box. The rumors also indicate that the phone will have a bigger battery, with a capacity of 4,000 mAh. However, we can’t claim that all of these rumors are true, as there is still time until the release of these foldable phones.

Memory:

The rumor also suggests that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will arrive in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants, which will be an improvement as compared to the Z Flip 5. However, not all regions will be getting the 12 GB RAM variant. Moreover, the internal storage will be limited to 256GB and 512GB, similar to last year.
