Facebook keeps on launching a new feature on and off. No doubt, this photo-sharing app has made our lives easier. However, now it has provided us with the most awaited feature that is the capability to export all your photos to Google Photos. It has launched a new data transfer project under Facebook Tool that will facilitate people to transfer their pictures saved on Facebook to Google Photos. In this way, they can keep their images safe for so long.
Transfer Pictures from Facebook to Google Photos with a Facebook tool
This project is launched in collaboration with Apple, Google, Microsoft, Twitter and Facebook with a mission of making data transfer easier for you between all these giant apps.
Currently, this tool to transfer photos to Google photos is available to some users in Ireland. However, when this feature passes the testing phase, it will be made available to everyone globally by the start of the year 2020.
The social media app has also revealed that this tool will work with other services as soon as it gets integrated, such as iCloud and One Drive.
One must accept that this was the most wanted feature of the year and in this way, we can save our photos to Google Photos and delete them from Facebook due to the security lapses in its system.
