OnePlus Nord 4 Surfaces On Geekbench
A new OnePlus smartphone believed to be the highly anticipated OnePlus Nord 4 is in the works. The smartphone recently appeared on Geekbench revealing the specifications and launch timeline. As per industry leaks, the original Nord 4 will make its debut in the latter half of the year, potentially after June. It is pertinent to mention that the exact launch date still remains unconfirmed. However, the Geekbench listing offers a glimpse into what to anticipate from this new mid-range handset. So, let’s dig into it.
Anticipated OnePlus Nord 4 Specs
The OnePlus Nord 4 surfaced on Geekbench with the model number CPH2621. It scored 1,875 in the single-core test and 4,934 in the multi-core test on Geekbench. The listing reveals that the device is running on Android 14. Moreover, it has an octa-core Qualcomm chipset codenamed “pineapple.”
Notable tipster Yogesh Brar suggests that the Nord 4 will boast a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC. The most noteworthy point is that the same chip powers the China-only OnePlus Ace 3V. It hints that the upcoming handset might be a rebranded version of the Ace 3V for global markets. However, there have been no official words regarding the specs and details of the phone yet.
Some other rumors claim that the OnePlus Nord 4 will sport a primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an f/1.9 aperture, and a 26.4mm focal length. In addition, the Eurofins certification website indicates a 5,500mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging will power the handset. All the rumors and leaks mirror those of the China-only OnePlus Ace 3V. Anyhow, time will tell whether Nord 4 comes out to be a rebranded version of Ace 3V or not.
