Pakistan Keen To Start Youth Exchange Programme With Azerbaijan For Joint IT Training

Ambassador of Azerbaijan, Khizar Farhadov called on the Minister of State for IT & Telecommunications of Pakistan, Shaza Fatima Khawaja. During the meeting, matters of mutual interest and those related to the IT and telecommunication sectors were discussed. Both sides agreed to enhance cooperation in the IT and telecom sectors. Moreover, they aim to start a youth exchange program for joint IT Training.

Pakistan & Azerbaijan Shake Hands For Joint IT Training Of Youth

IT Minister Shaza Fatima stated that Pakistan and Azerbaijan have brotherly relations. Pakistan highly values relations with Azerbaijan and wishes to further strengthen them between the two countries in the IT and telecom sectors. She further added that the ministry is very keen to start a youth exchange program with Azerbaijan.

The exchange of start-ups between countries will further expand Pakistan-Azerbaijan relations. Joint IT training for the youth of Pakistan and Azerbaijan is very significant. It will help in providing a conducive environment for investment in both countries. No doubt, Pakistan’s IT and telecom sector has huge potential. The IT minister stated that we will fully cooperate with Azerbaijan in the IT and telecom sectors. On the other hand, Azerbaijan’s ambassador, Khizar Farhadov said that Pakistan’s IT and telecom sector is on the path of development. Our country wants to strengthen relations with Pakistan in ICT further.

In addition, the Ministry of IT and Telecom is also wrapping up to launch the International Startup Exchange Program, dubbed BridgeStart. The all-new initiative will provide Pakistani startups a distinctive opportunity to engage with top-ranked international incubators and accelerators. Reports claim that Pakistan’s government officials have outlined this program. It will be instrumental in promoting greater collaboration and innovation within the Pakistani startup ecosystem.
