Samsung to Start Selling Refurbished Galaxy Note 7 Again

We all know the rise and fall story of Samsung Galaxy Note 7. However, some reports are claiming that Samsung is in a process to start selling its refurbished Galaxy Note 7 again. So, we can say that the dead Note 7 is now coming back to life. Moreover, rumors also claim that Samsung will start selling Note 7 in June 2017. However, Note 7 will come with improved batteries and cases.

Samsung to Start Selling Refurbished Galaxy Note 7 Again

After skipping Note 6, Samsung introduced its Note 7 last year in early September. But soon after its launch, Samsung’s high end Note 7’s batteries started catching fire. At the end of the September 2016, Samsung has replaced about 1 Million Galaxy Note 7. But these safe replaced phones also caught fire and there were also some cases of overheating.

Then Samsung stopped selling and manufacturing its Note 7 smartphones. After investigating the whole case, Samsung also revealed a report about the real causes of battery explosion. Samsung told in report that there were two basic problems causing note seven to overheat and catching fire in some cases.

First problem hit the first batch of Note 7 phones. In these phones battery was very large for the casing of phone. It caused it to over heat. After this they discontinued initial batch of Note 7 and manufactured the phone with some other supplier. New battery produced by supplier had the same issue of over heating. After all this , Korean company canceled the products all together.

Now some reports are claiming that Samsung will start selling Note 7 again. However, the refurbished smartphones will come with “3,000 to 3,200 mAh batteries instead of 3500 mAh battery. Moreover, these phones will come with newly designed cases.

As Note 7 are banned by the respective regulatory authorities in countries like US and UK. Therefore, Samsung will sell the units in other markets like India, Vietnam, and Pakistan.

However, Samsung has not made any announcement regarding these rumors. Let’s see what Samsung has to announce about the relaunch of Note 7.
