Telenor Infinity A is probably the first proper smartphone from Telenor that comes with HD IPS display, the size of display is 5.0 with 720p resolution and 320ppi. the display has good color penetration however the blackish saturation of pixel makes slightly dim. the screen has decent visual readability from different angels. The colors bit cool and tint that might the reason of over brightness of screen, overall; HD IPS is suitable display for Telenor Infinity A is an average priced phone.
The screen brightness high, however using in dark room will surely put strain on eyes, but on the other side the brightness helps to improve the readability of display in sunlight. The Telenor Infinity A has light sensor to control the brightness automatically. The capacitive display supports multi-touch upto 5-point.
Design of Telenor Infinity A:
The Telenor Infinity A has Ashahi Enhanced Glass on both front and back side with Uni-body structure, though the body is polycarbonate, the sapphire colors looks and attractive. it is just a handy smartphone with 142 x 71 x 7 mm dimensions. it can easily be handled in single handle as the dimension and structure makes easily to sits in palms. it 142 mm taller and 71 mm wider to accommodate 2350mAh battery. Frankly speaking the phone is just copy of Symphony H250, the only difference is the branding.
the front is packed with 5″ HD IPS capacitive screen, the upper and lower area are allotted to carry some hardware, the upper area has 5MP front camera close to which is earpiece, and couple of sensors have placed next to them. Now come straight down to bottom, you would find the three navigation capacitive button with LED lights.
The edges are painted with shiny sapphire color; Telenor infinity A edges are chamfered. At top edge, Audio has been placed, however; the bottom has more to carry, its carrying primary mic, microUSB port and pinholes grill for loudspeaker.
As speaking about the four sides of Telenor Infinity A, right edge is home to power and volume rocker, the only physical buttons of phone are placed almost in middle of edge, they are properly flanked from bumps and quite quick and soft to be pressed.
The back side also covered with Ashahi Enhanced Glass, that might be a little risky move, you have to be extra careful while using and have to use flip cover, while the front need protector.
Memory for Telenor Infinity A:
Telenor Infinity A is giving standard memory package with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM, however the internal storage can be expanded upto 32GB using SIM2 slot. Being a mid-range device, 2GB RAM is sufficient space for running multiple apps, what we have witnessed while using the phone is heating and hanging issue, yet it can manage 2 Apps easily.
Camera within Telenor Infinity A:
Telenor Infinity A is using the same camera configurations as symphony H250, it has 13MP lens at back with LED flash while the front goes with 5MP clicker. The rear camera is bit lazy to focus the object quickly, how the front is fixed focus.
The camera App has usual interface, if you have ever used QMobile mid-range device, Telenor Infinity A is offering Slow motion video feature, with that it features HDR and Panorama modes along with gesture shot. If you want to apply different types of effects on picture, so don’t worry Infinity A brings several effects for you, interestingly they are available for both cameras.
the beauty mode is available for front camera; it can be used by tapping on face toggle at right bottom.
There are three tabs in setting, the general setting, still camera setting and video camera. The general Settings includes Geo-Tagging, Face Beauty for multi face, Exposure, scene mode, White balance for different situations, and anti-flicker,
The still camera settings are zero shutter delay, anti-shake, voice capture for controlling camera with voice command, face detection, Gesture shot, smile shot, auto scene detection, burst shots, and picture size. While from the video setting, we have noise reduction, EIS, Microphone, Audio mode like normal or meeting, time lapse interval, video quality can also have managed from settings.

The Telenor Infinity A is packed with all standard connectivity configuration, it supports all 4G LTE band in Pakistan including 850MHz band for 4G LTE communications, with that it also supports 1800MHz standard band for 4G network in Pakistan.
For local connectivity, the infinity A offers Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, hotspot, while there is no NFC but we don’t expect too.
For Global positioning its provided with A-GPS module. The physical connectivity has audio jack, microUSB for charging and data transferring, no extra connectivity like OTG is available.
Battery Performance of Telenor Infinity A:
Telenor Infinity A packs 2350mAh Li-Ploy fixed battery, which I personally consider less than the standard capacity for 4G supported device, it could have been at least 2500 or 2600mAh power capacity. the provided charger in box charges the Infinity A in 2 and half hours.
Once the phone is fully charged, the infinity A can work for quite many hours on constant usage for GSM network like messaging and voice call. If you use it for 8-hour continual use, the battery would take 2 days to get down.
While on the other hand, on 3G network, it serves for 7 to 8 hours on continuous usage. The video playback time is the same round off 9 hours.
Interface of Telenor Infinity A:
Telenor Infinity A runs android 6.0 (Marshmallow). The user interface is native android that users would be used to with it. The homescreen has some commonly used App like Message, dialer, and there is Menu key for getting access to App drawer while the camera icon is also present at home screen.
Telenor Infinity A is pre-loaded with Office suite 8 which supports PDF format, Excel files, and word files it also can help you to create word, excel and power point documents. It has Mobile anti-theft application to find the lost/stolen android smartphone. SHAREit application is already installed to share your content like photos, videos, music, contact, etc.
