Imtiaz Aziz, a graduate of GIKI, wrote to Telenor on their offical page about the poor 3G/4G service at DHA Lahore. His post got 2.4k likes in just one day. He called the customer care center and complained for a month but it was all in vain. Later he decided to complain via Social Media, thinking it would be more effective.

Yet after the post went viral on Social Media Telenor replied to Imtiaz and assured him that they will act upon his complaint. This is perfect example of “power of social media” as the largest telecommunication operator of Pakistan, Telenor was convinced to listened to this guy’s complaint.
